The Team

We have a multicultural and multidisciplinary team of five 3rd year engineering students, thereby bringing inspiration from all over the world.

We have 3 Electrical engineer students, namely Joacim H Ingri, Mariana Portillo and Patryk Kepka. Joacim worked as an electrician in Norway before coming to the Netherlands to expand his electrotechnical knowledges. Mariana, with her special interest in analogue signals, came all the way from Mexico to the Netherlands in order to experience the European culture and learn Electrical engineering.

Patryk came from Poland to the Netherlands to study Electrical & Electronic engineering due to his high interest in technology. Of course Eindhoven being one of the most technologically orientated cities was the perfect destination.

Thijn van Heijnsbergen and Willem Reuser are our Mechatronic engineering students.

Thijn graduated as a technician at ROC de Leijgraaf in 2015 and is now studying Mechatronics at Fontys. His combination of practical experience and theoretical knowledge is very useful for the Glow project.

Willem (or Wim as most people call him) left the cosy canals of Amsterdam to learn the craft of building robots in Eindhoven. That is where he got the opportunity to start a FIRST Robotics Competition team, Robotics Team π.

These 5 completely different persons all came together for a goal: to let people take a break and make them reflect about their life's, so they might appreciate it a bit more and walk on with a bright sparkling smile on there faces.

Look us up!
